Clean room but had a foul odor sometimes when the A/C was on heater. Also it was difficult to get the room warm. Otherwise nice place with big TV, mid-size fridge and microwave. Bathroom is fine but the toilet is rather small. Quiet area, free parking and 5 minutes from downtown by car.

Guy running the place was prompt, and friendly, room was clean enough. Breakfast room was small though, only three tables. Hotel is located right off of the highway and right next to a McDonald's and Casey's gas station for convenience.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay to attend a wedding. The housekeeping clearly left a lot to be desired, so we quickly left. If I had to find a positive, I will say the hotel was quick to issue a refund.
