Great stay!
I was yelled at in the parking lot by a man I believe was the owner of the building and he threatened to kick me out for having some fun by throwing snappers in the other parking lot.
I was in town to umpire at a baseball tournament, so I just needed a quiet and comfortable place to stay for 2 nights. The room was clean, and comfortable. When I asked for a "later than late" check out so I could shower after my last game on Sunday before driving home, the manager had no worries about me still being in the room around 12:30 or so.
