Honestly pretty damn good for the price.
The stay was great. Check in was so easy and the front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well stalked. We enjoyed our stay and will be back here while in the area.
I stayed at super 8 in Dwight last night, and had a great experience! Good spot near the Chicago airport and to come back to st louis. I appreciate the hospitality and that the host was able to being flexible with my room that was smoking and he gave me a non smoking for a little extra money. Rooms super clean everything worked perfectly! I recommend this stay!
My pre-booked non-smoking room was changed to a smoking room upon arrival. The staff was rude, and they acted like I was stupid for not knowing how to use the key card. They started rushing me to check out at 8 a.m., and the breakfast only consisted of coffee. This motel was terrible and made me completely lose my trust in Super 8 hotels.
Our car broke down right nearby. We walked over and got a room last minute. The room was clean and honestly a bit larger than other chain hotels we’ve stayed at. Our car repair wasn’t going to be done until about noon the next day and the hotel owner agreed to let us stay for a late checkout as a nice gesture . After being so stressed about the car repair it was so nice for them to agree for us to stay and we greatly appreciate their hospitality. It appears to be run by a family who appears to really take pride in the place.
