It may not be fancy or modern or luxury accommodations. However it was clean and you can be sure that the cleaners, the owners (who are so friendly and willing to help with any questions), the front desk clerk are all making a concerted effort to ensure that they put all they can into the rooms that I concede are not even close to perfect and shiny. Filthy. Neglected. Broken.
Checking in was was easy and pleasant very nice woman got someone very quickly to see why our TV remote didn't work. Turned out to be the batteries no big deal quick fix. The room however was not clean. There were tacos left in the microwave, unmopped floors and some kind of patch in the bath tub that was questionable. As we lay down for the night we saw roaches on the wall and all kinds of seedy people outside. Will not be back as we prefer not to have to clean a hotel room before we relax.
