This hotel does not actually exist.
The stay we didn't have. We booked this hotel believing that it was in Drumheller. After driving around for over a half hour and our GPS bringing us to the 7 11 twice we asked a local and they gave us directions to the Sure Stay which was Super 8 but has since changed. The clerk assured us that this mistake happens all the time and gave us the number of Super 8 assuring is that they would cancel our reservation. They did not. We feel scammed!! They are using sanitizing stuff in there laundry and shouldn't be because its causing alot of allergic reactions or they should be at least telling guests that they are I needed an EpiPen myself. My hubby got away with out it but having bad reactions too
