Will never, EVER, go to this establishment again. The lady behind the counter was nice, but the guy after her was a total jerk, demanded a second deposit of my daughter, who didn't have anything to do with that part of our trip. We'd driven 12 hours to get there only to be told to pay more money or get out. No explanation to the person renting the room when I got back to the office. He also refused to return the extra deposit until we called the cops, and I'm now fighting to get my room fees back because the jerk won't refun... read more
If I could put no stars, I WOULD. We are visitors from Houston, Texas, currently in Dothan, Alabama, visiting family. After a 700-mile drive, we arrived at the hotel, and my mother went inside to check into the room while I waited in the car. I later entered to inform her to bring an extra pillow and towel. As we were unloading the car, the phone in the room rang. Our children answered, and the caller identified himself as the hotel manager. the hotel are not as bad as the customer service, Mrs. Lady (Indu) is very rude ... I'm Hispanic ..she has no manners, she is rude, she needs training or being fired ..
