The place was dirty, urine and vomit stains on the walls on both sides of the toilet, stained bedsheets, the TV didn't work at all, just gave HDMI cable identification with no way to change the source. We showed up at 2:35pm and were not allowed to check in. Yes 3pm is check-in, but the website showed we could request early check-in for a fee. Nope. Not even a discussion, just a solid no.
