The customer service was horrible. Her name is Michelle. She messed up on my reservation and lied about it when I talk to her over the phone she lied not only that she threw an attitude with me because she lied and the staff is just horrible especially her stay away from her. I wanna stay away from the hotel because that just sucks especially with her as an employee
rooms are terrible the floors dont get cleaned i asked for a mop lady told me they dont have one thats crazy they need a new cleaning lady i will clean it better than who does now so first room tv didnt work and everytime wind blew sound like the door was getting kikd in so tried to get a refund but the rude mexican lil chubby very quiet and slow wouldnt refund my money cuz the of our food being in the trash offered to clean it she said no my son is 1 cant b with no cartoons so i switched rooms but this had no microwave and ... read more
An absolutely dreadful place. While they claim they have breakfast for the guests, it is just cereal and a few stale pastries. Room are at bare minimum. The clientele and their own staff is quite loud during the night. Avoid if you can
All of the front desk staff EXCEPT MARY !!!! Andrea , Tish , and Michelle have all made my experience pleasant . All three of these ladies know their jobs well and really go the extra mile to help everyone who walks through that door . I really appreciate their positive attitudes and willingness to provide great customer service . The rooms aren’t bad for the price I think we all know we’re not staying at the brown palace for 60$ for what it’s worth the front desk ladies and management again EXCEPT MARY have made me feel wel... read more
