I hate to write a bad review because SOME of the staff was so kind. We called to ask if the pool was open and no bugs in room due to a bad experience we had on a previous trip at a different location. She said everything is great. We get there the hot tube isn't working, the pool was so cold we didn't even get in. The rooms air conditioner blew room temperature air, the refrigerator was broken and we found a roach near the refrigerator. When we saw this location we arrived and it was a motel 6.
