Have a reservation couldn’t check in till 3 o’clock. I get here at three. The room’s not even ready. How is that possible? It’s not like it’s a major resort city where there’s thousands of people that stay every night you can’t get a room clean by 3 o’clock when you know you have somebody coming into it.
