Terrible experience. I reserved a room for the night, and when we went to check in, there was no one at the counter. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called the hotel line directly, and the phone rang right there at the desk. 30 minutes went by with no one in the office, so we left to find a different hotel. Now they won't refund my $69. As we were leaving, we saw a drug deal go down. I highly recommend NOT staying here!
Well the accommodations weren't true but the staff were super nice price is fair rooms were cleaned I've been here a while now
Not the cleanest place.
Very unhappy with this hotel , Made a reservation traveling with my service dogs , was quited one price and then given a higher price upon check in . I wouLd not walk away from this place , but run . Not a way of treating a diamond member . I will never do business with this hotel .
