The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us a room on the second floor, unfortunately they do not have an elevator. At the time they didn’t have a room available on the first floor. We had left and went to an event. The person at the front desk called us, I just missed the call. He later called me back to say he had a first floor opening to stop the front desk to get a new key. It was all right but for what it costs it wasn't nice enough and location is garbage
I had a really scary bad experience. I came to stay for work, I noticed at work I had several attempts from the hotel of random charges. I had paid the full week so it’s not that I owed anything. I came to the front desk to ask why they keep trying to do that and also to explain the roach issue in my room, the manager screamed at me. He was screaming over his lungs to get out and I can’t get my money back and that to just deal with the roaches because he can’t keep the Mexicans out at that hotel. The manager is racist the rooms are musty and smell weird and there are roaches in the rooms!!! We found a couple behind the microwave and around the bed! I complained and the manager was racist and said it was me. I don’t recommend this place specially since they up charge because a job is nearby don’t go it’s a waste of money and very bad staffing
