The room was fine, night time check in lady was nice and friendly. My husband and I and our 2 daughters (5 months and 6 years) were 3 hours into our 12 hour trip to Oklahoma when the power steering line busted on our truck. We explained to the night check in lady our situation and she even offered us a later check out time. With it being Christmas Day evening when all of this happened, nothing was open for us to just go get parts or food for that matter. I come to Crossville several times a year. I definitely will rent a room somewhere else next time. There was a big booger dried on the wall of rm 210 left of the window. Breakfast was water down waffle mix and stale cereal. The coffee was horrible too. The breakfast food could not have been more of a minimum. No fresh fruit or anything fresh to be honest.
