He was sarcastic and rude, and the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. Looking forward to a reply that summarizes my complaints and assures me the hotel will make significant improvements, signed “Hotel Manager”.
This was my second time staying and it did not disappoint.soft bed the shower had excellent hot water and the press was good.The heater was sooooo good,we always bring an extra blankets but we did not need them the room stayed warm and toasty. Staff was again welcoming and friendly we were made to feel at home.my daughter and i felt safe the whole time.we will be returning.Thank you guys so very much.
Not very clean & people coming and going and dogs barking all night. The positive is its in a nice location.
