I booked a room for my husband and few other family member to stay after a late night motor cross event. Hotels were booked due to the event. They charged me top pay no refund. When my family got there. They checked for bed bugs which they did not find any but found private body hairs on the bedding ,the floors were not swept and Cracked leaky sink. This is disgusting ,dirty and I paid top dollar.
The rooms are dirty. The housekeeper is rude when i asked for towels and new sheets

I have had the worst experience at this super 8 with my kids. The manager Indian lady she treats customers so bad when you go try to make a complaint. She’s RUDE! We found roaches crawling in the room, not just that we also found bedbugs on our beds. We checked out within half hour of checking in at midnight. We were told to come back in the morning and talk to Manager went back there in the morning talk to manager to get a refund.
