I stayed here one night for an out-of-town event and unfortunately left covered in bed bug bites. I have been trying to contact management for three days and keep getting told the manager will call me back “the next day,” but no one has followed up. On my last call, I was told the manager had an emergency, and while the staff member promised to get back to me, I still haven’t heard anything. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist when I checked in around 7 pm, in a clean and tidy room. However, it was a shame that the air conditioner was a bit noisy (224), the amenities were incomplete in my opinion, because there was only shampoo, conditioner, no soap, no shampoo. The mattress was clean, overall I like Super 8, thank you.

The room had a strong mildew smell when we arrived, my wife kept a terrible headache because of that smell, we didn’t have a ice bucket so when I went to get one bottom of the bucket was dirty, the ice machine downstairs near our room was broken so I had to go the the stairs and walk down to the farthest end of the building to get ice that was not very appealing to me since I had to go up stairs I’m disabled Veteran.
