What can I say other than the service was impeccable. I showed up, unannounced (no reservations), and soaking wet at 12:30 am. I got caught in a rain storm on my way home. To make matters worse, the 401 was jammed in traffic due to lane reductions. The desk clerk, a little surprised by my weary looks, immediately addressed my request for a room. He was incredibly kind and courteous throughout our exchanges while expediently processing the transaction. Not to mention, he even mentioned the savings on the room by using my CAA ... read more
