Nicer part of conway.....not a nicer hotel.....pool was closed and stank up the room I had. Placed a huge credit card hold even though room was paid for ahead of time.....

Worst hotel I have ever been too! The pool was closed, the clerk was BEYOND RUDE!!! I looked on multiple websites and everywhere it said there was a pool. Which is the only reason I rented it, I have to young kids that were super excited to go. They told me I wasn't able to get a refund because it was my fault I didn't look close enough at the amenities. Which they just took the pool off the list instead of saying it's permanently closed!!!!!!
