Poorly run
Booked one night at this Super 8 and had to leave at 2:30am. Front desk staff (Marcus) was kind and professional — no complaints there. But the rooms themselves were unacceptable. In the first room, I entered and I was hit with this pungent smell. I pulled back the covers because the smell was coming from the bed when I had laid down and found the sheets soaked with urine — still wet, clearly never washed or changed from the previous guest. The room was pretty good, it was clean and comfortable. The front desk person was friendly and helpful.
The front desk lady was very nice. But the a/c wasnt working properly so it was super hot in our room. Plus the pool is closed, we has a no smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes so bad. I have stayed at Super 8 all over the US which is why we picked this one. But will never stay there again.
