They said they smelt smoke in the room and would not give me my money back. Worse hotel in conway. Do not use this hotel
We couldn't even stay. Filthy gross room and bathroom. Left immediately and was told room would not be refunded. We didn't care! Thats how bad it was. Deserves zero stars. If you do stay make sure to check out the pool! Expedia, please remove this dump from your website and do us all a favor.
We booked this stay for the indoor pool and this is how it looked when we checked in. I ask the manager for a discount or credit or anything since the pool is shut down and online when you book it doesn’t say anything about the pool being shut down, only pictures of a beautiful indoor pool. The manager said he couldn’t do anything. When I called corporate, they said it is a franchise and the owner/manager would be the one to assist me and Wyndham is not responsible.
