The most beautiful experience I’ve ever had throughout my entire traveling assignments was from this hotel! I felt at peace the moment I checked in at the front desk with the Manager, JB! He is such a kind, gentle and pleasant man! If you doubt me, you can find out for yourself. He has this amazing and welcoming smile that will make you feel at peace immediately! Beautiful and quiet environment that fits my preference! I love this place and won’t hesitate to make it my favorite . Great staff!❤️
THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES!! I was sitting with all the lights on and a cockroach came running right across the desk in front of me and if there is one in the light like that they are INFESTED!! I left immediately and asked for a refund, and a receipt stating I'll receive a refund. They did not give a receipt so we'll see if I get the refund. The guy didnt argue or seem surprised at all when i showed him the picture of the dead roach, so they know its a problem. Very nice place to stay. A short drive to St. Louis and the Gateway arch. Rooms were clean and modern. Bathroom shower worked well and was clean. Parking was free. Lots of restaurants in the area. And no trip to Collinsville would be complete without a visit to the world’s largest catsup bottle!!! thank you super eight for another great night with comfortable beds and working air conditioning!! Only stay here if you want a room that is freezing during the winter and you want a room that is burning up during the summer their continental breakfast is some generic stuff from Walmart
I request a late check out and they gave me till 12:00 noon , I got back around 11:45 A.M., and the manager extend my time till 12:30 so I don't have to rush. Above and beyond they need to do.
