My stay was wonderful. JB is amazing. The hotel was packed because of the cheering leading competition and staff was doing their best and saw some people complaining about check in. The staff was doing their best and I like it here
I did get a smoking room. Had to check in early so they charged me a extra 40 dollars which is crazy. Smells like the carpet needs to be pulled and checked for mold. Towel rack was almost falling off wall. Burns in the blanket, someone else's towel was still hanging by shower curtain even after they came and took my dirty towels and put new ones. The wash towel from previous person was still by shower curtain with a hair on it.
I do not understand how this hotel had a 3.5 rating. The hallways smell like smoke, our room smelled like mildew, the floors are sticky, the breakfast they provide is some bananas/yogurt/empty cereal containers, the beds arr hard, there are only two small drawers for clothes, and on the 1st floor room you can hear squeaky floor sounds from a person walking on the 2nd floor room. Staff are nice.
My stay was wonderful. Stayed for a month. Service is good. Staff is really nice. Nayana housekeeping service is very good
No se alojen en este hotel pésimo servicio, sin desayuno, el agua sale del inodoro y no cuenta con servicio de lavandería ni elevador. Personal prepotente, como es posible que no puedes ni llevarte un vaso de café a la habitación que porque está prohibido.
