Clean bedding, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke, and it was a non smoking hotel. 2nd time I’ve stayed here and the same thing happened the first time. I do think part of the problem is the carpets need to be replaced. If you promise a non smoking room, it needs to smell fresh not like a dirty ashtray.
For Super 8, the service was professional. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and she made sure we have everything we needed. The room was clean. The furniture and the appliances showed some significant wear. The continental breakfast was good enough to keep me full for a long time. There is a fitness room with some treadmills and free weights. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Shout out to the storm chaser guy from Florida ;)
The gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to re-arrange my reservation because he was unaware I had a Service Dog; I'm grateful for his kindness as well as for the housekeeper's hard work.
