If you're looking for a clean, friendly place to sleep that's cheaper than staying in nearby Banff or Canmore, then I recommend this place. If you want high class, then you'd want to book somewhere else. Our room was clean, the staff were very pleasant, the breakfast was better than I was expecting, but the room was showing some signs of disrepair. Since it was simply a place to sleep while we were out sightseeing all day, this place served its purpose.
Easy check in and check out - was able to upgrade last minute for an extra bed. Room was lovely, clean and well stocked. Staff were kind, and the breakfast was appreciated before another long day on the road. 100% will rebook on our next trip!
Won’t recommend this place to Indians. You might see a face of why are you here from staff and others. One lady in the front desk was so unwelcoming that I felt so uncomfortable. For others an average place to stay in my opinion. Nothing impressive nothing too bad.
