Staff was excellent, and the service was great. The only reason for 4 stars is that the cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. No bugs or anything but definitely noticeable dirt in areas that are typically clean in other hotels
I must first start this off with saying the 2 hotel employees were great! I have no hard feelings towards anyone but I also know the right thing to do is to help inform others. After driving several hours we finally made it to the hotel around 11:00 pm we were tired and done with the day at this point. We get into the room and we don’t even get our stuff completely put down before my daughter is standing in front of the mirror asking “ what kind of bug is this?” I walk over and sure enough it was a cockroach.. again no hard ... read more
The room was wonderful!!! It was spacious, clean and since we upgraded to a suite, had the fridge and stovetop. Front desk was kind and helped me with maps of what we wanted to go see. Restaurants close by. 2 thumbs up
Great place especially if you're traveling with pets.
So pleased with our experience here. Clean spacious room with a med. firm king size bed. Temperature already nicely adjusted when we walked in. I saw a mobility hoist for the disabled to enter the indoor pool. What a blessing! I can't rave enough about the shower....❤️. Hot water & forceful pressure head i didn't want to out from under. Getting the shampoo out of my hair was a breeze! If all the rooms are like this, I highly recommend it.
