House keeping cleaned our room twice the three weeks we were there they charged my card $80 saying we kept there sheets when they never gave the sheets back to us it took 2 days for us to get towels Horrible room service horrible service in general there rude and they lie like crazy. DONT GO HERE
This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had!! I requested ground level because my husband and I are seniors. 1st room TV didn't work and room was filthy. 2nd room TV didn't work, the room had an overwhelming cigarette smell. 3rd room was upstairs which was very hard for us to get our stuff up to. TV worked. Room was filthy and smelled of urine. A diesel truck pulled up and ran for well over an hour. It is absolutely disgusting and should be shut down!
TV remote doesn’t work, toilet doesn’t work, deadbolt doesn’t work, burn holes in bedding, went to free breakfast an hour after start time and no one had gotten up yet and even unlocked the doors !!!
Had the best stay. I 100% recommend
Close by my job. Clean beds and room. Moderately updated. Good location. Satified.
