I love super 8 in Cleveland the manger makes you feel at home and the lady at night is amazing also. All around a great place to stay
I've had a great experience staying at the Super 8. The owner genuinely cares about the property and the guests, and it really shows. They're friendly, professional, and always willing to help if anything is needed. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, the staff is courteous, and housekeeping does a great job. Nice, quiet, cheap. Has semi parking out back, I went in on a detach at 13' wide and had no issues. It is in eyeshot of Tenn Hwy Patrol office
Prices online are no where what they say. I had to go outside of the hotel just to call and book one night late at night just in order to get it cheaper $6 cheaper nowhere near what was advertised i asked for a receipt and he said something was wrong with printer that they would email me a receipt. I was never asked my email understanding now why charges are almost double than advertised i was literally there less than 6 hours just to sleep
We have dogs which are accepted at Super 8. People are always courteous and willing to address any concerns. Rooms are clean with a frig and microwave in the room. More than satisfied with the accommodations.
