Hotel was great- staff was amazing! Rooms were great I had zero complaints or concerns with any of the stays I had there! & compared to any other WYHDHAM hotels in clearwater/ st Pete area! Choose this one hands down! (!!!NOBUGSHERE!!!!) location was alright. Close to food/ gas stations but 10 minutes to stores! Deserae at The front desk is amazing- she is always helping everyone with anything they could possibly need! :)
This was a gross hotel. First they gave us the wrong room number then when we finally got in our room the toilet was not secured to floor and mold everywhere in the shower. I requested a new blow dryer because ours wouldn’t work and was told they will bring another one or call to say no other ones available. Never received phone call or new blow dryer. I ended up using iron and ironing board to dry my husband’s ace bandage wrap. There was food in the pool and breakfast was pathetic. Very disappointed. Never would go back her... read more
