Acquired last minute room here through expedia. Wish I had just straight out called hotel. This was a superb choice as the rooms were very nice, staff were well trained and exceptional customer service and all the extra added perks. I had ground floor room, able to have my dog, quiet, clean, all I could need or hope for. I highly recommend this hotel.
This was the dirtiest hotel I stayed at on my 2 week vacation. There was dirt on the sheets, something on the floor in the bathroom, plug in didn't work
Great price comfy beds spacious rooms and quiet very clean
Easy on and off for highway travel , great value for price stayed here a few times in my years of traveling
Staff member at check in was very rude and impersonal. She acted like I was inconveniencing her to check in. She never smiled and not willing to help. There was no coffee maker in the room even though it was listed as an amenity. She said that they don’t have coffee machines in the room but have coffee at the breakfast area. I will be in the area possibly twice per month but will not be staying here anymore.
