If I could give this 0 stars I would. The room was disgusting. Floor not swept, found hair in the bathtub and in the bed. The comforter on the bed had stains/ looked dirty. The bathroom did not look cleaned at all. I went to lift up the toilet seat and got pee all over my finger because there was pee all over the toilet and under the toilet seat. They obviously didn’t even clean the toilet. I was so grossed out, we went downstairs to ask for a refund. They tried to put us in a different room and we requested a refund again. ... read more
