Room was very clean & in working order....Mattress was so comfortable. Staff was very personable. Sheets, Pillows, and towels were very clean.
The employees are amazingly friendly and accommodating to your needs. Granted this is hotel is in a rougher part of Chico however we have stayed here 4 different times in a years period and have never had any trouble. The rooms are starting to get much needed updates and look much better. The price is reasonable compared to other brands in the area.
