I stay here once a week for work. It is always clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff is friendly and efficient. They were attentive and helpful the one time that I encountered a sketchy person lurking in the parking lot. They got them to leave. Aside from that I haven't encountered any other issues in the lot or surroundings. It is very convenient to route 99. So, I booked a room for my friend to stay at this hotel and she wasn't going to be coming in until 1a-2a because she was driving 14hours from San Diego and was stopping in my city along the way. I specifically put in the booking information that she wasn't going to be arriving until this time so they would know when to expect her. She shows up at the hotel with the booking confirmation in hand ready to check in after driving a long way, and they REFUSED to check her in. Worse than expected. Was put on the third floor only to find out there is no elevator and had to use stairs; Mini fridge plugged in but didn't work. Water pressure was very low and hot water did not last.
This place is far better than any of the other motels I've stayed at lately, especially motel 6. So if your looking for a good place to stay you should just come straight here and save yourself allot of time.. of
