The hotel's hot water heater / boiler was broken, so there was no hot water in any of the rooms. They knew this upon check-in, but didn't mention it until I discovered there was no hot water in the room and called to ask. They did not offer any kind of discount or refund for the room for the inability to have a warm shower after they told me about the issue. Mohit on kiosk helped me check in. He was really kind. And the front's staffs are also kind. They were very quick to fix any issues with the room and were always attentive to our requests. I really liked that we could make tea every day during my stay.
