I moved to Chicago and needed a one night stay until I would be able to pick up my apartment keys the next day. Stayed at this Super 8 and enjoyed my time there. Harry at the Front Desk was great. He was cordial and answered all my questions about parking, etc.

This was a solid 5 experience from pre-arrival text (I was able to ask about parking) -- to arrival and being able to park in a covered garage, to the friendly efficient check-in, and then finding a nice clean room awaiting me. I love that the floors are NOT carpet, as I find these to be cleaner (I can *see* the clean). The bed was very comfortable. Started out by giving me textual directions. to get the shuttle immediately as I booked. I followed them and was way way in range for their shuttle hours. They decided they didn’t want to provide one, completely stuffing me and what they had the room is their is no water.
