I asked for a refund and was told to contact the co I booked with. The co called the hotel and told them no. Keep in mind I never eveb checked in at all. After going up to get a room I noticed the hotel wasn't up to par. Rude customer service as well. Apparently the guy's (front desk associate) cousin is the hotel manager.
Hard to book a room when the hotel no longer exists.
The only thing they were not willing to accommodate a travel nurse for a couple of nights with a good price. The price could have been a little bit cheaper. But it was a nice spot to spend the night.
