average, but great price. would've stayed longer, but was told it isn't an "extended stay", even tho I've stayed at several hotels prior and they've never had a problem when I kept adding days. so dont plan on anything past 4 days or the manager will be salty on you. when I had a friend tell me the room looked familiar when I sent him a picture, so I told him where I was and he said he stayed there for 3 months before and thats why it looked so familiar. haha.
