Awful service and filthy
Smells like cigarette smoke and cigarette burns all over bed. We're non-smokers had to request another room which also smelled like smoke.
Krista is simply an angel. She helped us with a room during this snow and ice storm when we had no power at our home. Thank you so much Krista!!!
One of the workers came in at 8:15 or so, and carried out four waffles. The waffle liquid container was empty and then they said the waffle maker was broken. I got the impression they didn’t want to bring any more out. Also, the coffee was out by 8:15 and no one refilled it. They ran out of food by 8:30
