Rooms weren't cleaned bugs everywhere. I can understand the remodeling issue. Staff members 8/10 very helpful. The easiest checkin process 10/10.
No bed bugs, but just about every other type of bug was in my room. The door didn't close all the way and had a gap along the bottom. One pillowcase had brown streaks all over it, another pillow didn't even have a pillowcase. The sink was stopped up and wouldn't drain, the shower had stains. I stayed for four hours and then checked out, feeling too gross to stay a minute longer.
