Bed bugs and roaches i asked for a refund they refused even after I showed them proof
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Housekeeping is so rude banging on the doors no matter how early, screaming at you because she can’t speak English. Then there are roaches in the rooms DISGUSTING. When asked to be moved the front desk said “no rooms were available” even tho 3 people counting me was there. Ridiculous. To be specific it was a German cockroach (they live in walls, pipes, etc.) front desk man says that I brought the roaches in and if I let housekeeping in they wouldn’t be there. Highway noise kept us up all night. Lady that checked us in was hateful. The smell of weed all night long.
