This place is absolutely disgusting!! First off the employee who barley speaks English tried to add extra charges to the bill, then the a/c didn't work in the room (it was 88º in the room) and when we told him he said it would be fine, then the door handle broke off the second room they put us in, and then the room we ended up in was absolutely horrible!! Was traveling to Texas and planned a stop here booked room a month in advance and notified that I had 2 service dogs with me when we arrived i got question about the service animals as well as pushing for information that was protected by hippa. Finally got to the room and looked like the smoke detector had been on fire before and that the toilet barely flushed. Do not recommend and I will never stay there again!!!
We specifically booked this motel because of the hot tub. Except when we got there they told us "there is no hot tub". There is- they have decided they don't want anyone to use it. The rooms look nothing like their pictures. Super disappointed. Would not stay here again.
It was an enjoyable stay.
