We had 3 rooms booked for 7 nights to attend a baseball tournament. Arrived to find that the pool had the cover on (July 2026) we were advised it was out of order. We walked into reception which looked like it hasn't been cleaned in 2 years. Nothing like the pictures in their website. It became apparent the pool has been out of order for some time and due to mainly one night stay workers coming through the pool isn't a priority to be fixed. I booked thinking their pool was in service when arrived, it was closed. I requested my money back since the reason I booked was not available and they denied my money back. They should not have pictures of a functioning pool if that is not the truth.
