Clean rooms
The rooms are filthy! The parking lot is filthy! The bathrooms are not cleaned properly! Two very small pillows on a queen resize bed! They need all new staff and someone who cares here! This was an embarrassing experience. It's obvious they have people who live here. But if you are accommodating vacationers and travelers you should take pride in the place.
