Considering it is a budget hotel the room was nice, the location was convienient with respect to the interstate although the breakfast bar was below par.
Adequate amenities for the price. I appreciated the switch to a non smoking room at checkin (somehow requested smoking room when I reserved). Breakfast was minimal, but reasonable for my tight schedule and light meal needs. Room was clean. Linens could use an update.
Overall great price, generally clean. The decorative bed covers need washing. The toilet is very short and moves but does work. The sink is cracked. I would stay again. The staff was very friendly.

We caught a last minute reservation even thought it was regatta weekend just half an hour away and fair weekend here in Carrollton. Front desk worker stayed busy last night since the hotel was fully booked, but he remained kind and professional. The room was clean and I was pleased with our short stay. Good job guys!!
