Had to stay here. Truck in shop at Kenworth. Hallways have dirty floors & smell real bad. Got in room to take shower & had only one towel & no soap. Couldn't get to sleep because heater kept making banging sounds. It smelled like someone was cooking food all night long coming through the vents. Bed had old matress with a dip in it. No telephone in room. I hope I don't have to stay here again. No pride in running a business.
Nice and cheap place to stay for my situation and Pradeesh has been so nice, understanding, and beyond helpful making my experience much better during my stay.
Hotel was clean, water and heat were hot. Awesome customer service!
