I recently had to Stay at the Carlilisle Super 8 for en extended period of time due to an emergency situation. The staff were all extremely thoughtful and king especially Sara at the front desk. She is very patient and kind when dealing with guests. I witnessed her help a number of guests with various issues that weren’t even related to the motel itself. While our stay itself was satisfactory, I am compelled to leave a one-star review due to the disappointing experience we had with customer service after our visit. My great-granddaughter accidentally left her backpack in the room, which contained personal and important items. We acknowledge that this oversight was on our part. Sketchy place. There is a door in the room for maid service that you don't have more than a deadbolt to lock. Had cockroaches, the lamp shade was old. Was supposed to be no. Smoking but smelled like smoke. Would not recommend
I am saying I'm 224 and staff I'd very friendly specially Sara Room is good a and comfortable and clean and pool is nice we will be there again
