TV wasn't mounted to the wall, no remote control. Refrigerator wasn't plugged in. Left over dirty linens from housekeeping in our room. Shower water pressure was horrible. And the biggest thing was me and my fiance got bit up by bedbugs! DO NOT STAY HERE! they charge too much for how dirty the place is.
Wonderful staff... extra helpful... awesome breakfast.

Night manager didn't give me room key or number. Waited over 15 min while he hid in the office snacking. Rang the bell again and he played dumb, like he didn't just check me in 15 min ago. Complete lack of any hospitality. Heat was unplugged. Smoke alarm was missing. Couldn't even buy a proper fitting toilet seat. Nobody is expectin the Ritz, but this is ridiculous
