I reserved a room months ago for a two night stay, close to the venue I was attending. I am leaving today Aug 8 2025.As I glance at my email I received an email on Aug 8th 7:23 am stating my reservation was cancelled so I proceeded to contact the property. The service rep. I had made a reservation at this hotel months ago and was just informed today that my reservation was canceled. My reservation is for today’s date 8/8/25 and this was all the notification I was given. I was informed they are doing renovations to the hotel and the room is no longer available. You just find out about this on the day that my reservation is? I was also informed there was no one I could talk to about this and this was just how it is. So much for coming into town for plans. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The hallways smell really, really bad. There is random debris and stains on he carpet. other guests were fleeing because they found bed bugs. When I checked under my bed in response, I found a TURD. Cat turd? Racoon? hard to tell. They said they would comp my room. They did not. manager refuses to answer phone calls and the front desk staff is extremely rude. They hung up on me when I asked their name. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Absolutely horrific. Was sure I'd bring bugs home (thankfully, I didn't). If you have a choice between this place and your car, choose you car. For over 200 dollars I am more appalled than I can express. I only wish I had gotten photos of my daughter's room--it was even worse. The photos kind of say it all. Go to the hotel next door. Or a tent on the side of the road. Anywhere but this scene from a B rated horror movie.
