Absolutely not. They put us on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My Mom is 80. The room had not been cleaned. There were wet drink rings on the bedside table. The window faces a brightly lit parking lot. The window "shade" allows ALL the light into the room. The photo was taken at 11pm. The room is not dark. Additionally, they have building supplies in the one and only "Veteran" parking spot. It would have been nice if it were empty since it is close to the door. Booked a Handicapped room. Upon arrival at approx 5.30pm, I was handed the key to an upstairs room, not ideal for my wife who struggles on stairs. Room was small, crammed with two Queen beds. Curtain on window was hanging off. Outside window was a construction ladder and then another wall. Room smelled musty and carpets should be ripped out. 1. We don't appreciate price gouging, the price was very high because of the Folk Festival. This is especially true in view of the following problems: 2. When we made the reservation on the road, we assumed we would have a working elevator with our heavy suitcases on the 3rd floor. 3. I took a bath and my husband took a shower 10 minutes later and the tub hadn't drained yet so he had to stand in my bath water. 4. The TV was not working.
