Never made it past the front desk. Very rude.
The manager is crooked on website it says 497 for a week I got charged $699 when I asked her how come I have a service dog the nightly rate came to $99 asked why and she said because of the extra cleaning I've been here almost 2 weeks the room hasn't been cleaned yet so what is this extra cleaning fee and as a matter of fact they're not allowed to charge a cleaning fee for service animals when confronted about this she said no that's the weekly rate on their website the weekly rate can to 497 and the reason I see she charges... read more
