This was the perfect place to stay on my trip to NY! Right off the J so very easy to get there from JFK and into the city. Also, everyone who works there was so kind and helpful. I thought there was an issue with a charge on my room but turns out I'm just dumb lol and they very kindly explained it to me. I really appreciate their customer service and I will absolutely stay here again!!

The service was great super friendly with helpful staff and the room was clean and comfortable perfect for a little get away ....easy to get around subway was close by and convenience stores where even closer, supermarket,laundry the works if you needed everything. Super 8 definitely did they best to make our time special
I’ve rarely had such a terrible hotel experience. The moment we entered our room, it was clear this place is completely neglected. The sheets were stained and grimy, and the towels were covered in hairs that weren’t ours. When we asked for the room to be cleaned or for fresh linens, instead of helping, the staff basically told us to leave.
