I am a disabled Navy Veteran. I have never ever had such a horrible experience at a Super 8. After making the reservation through the app, I noted I was traveling with 2 service dogs. After I arrived from driving from St Louis Missouri to Chicago area, I was told that we had to leave as they would not allow it service dogs. I have always been told and has always been my experience, that service dogs were welcome. As a result my girlfriend and I had to leave and drive back home.
