I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent stay at your Super 8 location. My experience was unacceptable due to numerous issues that significantly impacted my comfort and the overall quality of my stay. I stayed at your property and encountered the following problems: The bedding was stained, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, someone was already complaining at the front desk — a red flag we should’ve taken seriously. We got on the elevator, which felt unstable and cramped. It kept getting stuck and didn’t seem safe at all. Once we arrived at our room, we did a quick inspection and were immediately disgusted. My 17-year-old son and I had a super creepy experience early morning, July 20 at 1:30 AM. I awoke to clicking noises at our door and then I realized it was somebody trying to slip a key into the door lock to get in. I heard it again within a couple minutes and jumped up and ran to the door. And could see a large man and a couple women out side my door trying to get in.
