My 17-year-old son and I had a super creepy experience early morning, July 20 at 1:30 AM. I awoke to clicking noises at our door and then I realized it was somebody trying to slip a key into the door lock to get in. I heard it again within a couple minutes and jumped up and ran to the door. And could see a large man and a couple women out side my door trying to get in. L'état de la chambre pourrait certainement être amélioré. Un effort supplémentaire concernant l'entretien des lieux serait appréciable. Les armoires semblent quelque peu délabrées et le loquet de la porte est cassé. L'accueil est excellent. L'équipe fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse. L'emplacement est idéal, non loin du centre-ville de Chicago.
Un frigo qui ne tient pas on ouvre la porte le frigo tombe, le petit dejeuner sans fruit, sans thé et avec 8 places assisses nous sommes 5 aucune place prendre le petit dej les gens mangent debout. Une vraie honte je deconseille grandement cet hôtel
