They trapped a cat that got stuck in the floor in room 206. Disgusting behavior! The owner stayed one block away, left their phone number and made it aware to EVERYONE their cat was stuck. Then the employees said they “released” the cat in the parking lot and won’t let the owner back in the room because they “sealed off the opening”. THEYRE LYING. THEY SEALED IT UP HOPING THE SMELL OF A CUSTOMERS DEAD CAT WONT STINK. Shame on all of you.

Whatever you do, do not bring your animals or children here! When a hotel allows animals, there is a reasonable assumption that the room is safe for animals, without holes large enough for animals to fall into. The next reasonable assumption would be that if an animal got stuck somewhere dangerous due to the negligence of the hotel, they would do whatever they have to do to retrieve the animal unharmed.
