The front office stinks. They wanted 25 dollar cash pet fee. My reservation was made the day before and I declared my dog was with me. The older man yelled at me to stay or not when I questioned the pet fee. He said because of my dog he would have to wash everything and clean the whole room, which they should be doing anyway. I did not stay and went to another accommodation. Awful customer service.

the rooms were clean, but mine smelled so bad i almost had to as for a different space. the lights are so bright and white it makes you feel like a lab rat. when i opened the window shade to leave before dawn, the bright white lights look like a prison. hotels have become TERRIBLY UNWELCOMING with these intense white LED lamps. i have to travel for work and end up staying in my van on the edge of town most of the time now. even in sub freezing temperatures. PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO WARM LOWER INTENSITY SPECTRUMS! ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

Worst Super 8 franchise in the USA. Hands down. It's been terrible for years, so don't stay here. Wyndham obviously doesn't care. Rooms are filthy, lights never work, the restrooms have grime and the staff are annoyed to do ANYTHING.
