Nice place, pleasant, Everything is brand new and i like the place, lot of parking space, they have lot of snacks for reasonable prices at the desk, offering free washer and $2 for the dryer, offering best service, nice people, rooms are pretty clean, i like it will see you again and will refer my friends as well

I DON'T KNOW I NEVER STAYED THERE... MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED AT CHECK IN TO THE DESK CLERK FROM INDIA FACE TO FACE AND HE'S STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME. TRYING TO TAKE PAYMENTS OUT OF MY CARD ACCOUNT.... NEVER GETTING ANOTHER PAYMENT FROM ME!! CANCEL!!!!!!!!!

I've stayed at this hotel twice in last week or so. Theyve renovated the rooms and really put it together. Everything is new ans welcoming. I hate to leave this review in fear of increased traffic and price going up but its only fair. If you're in big Springs this is the place to check out!!

We came to just crash somewhere for a night on a trip we were taking. The man at the front desk, who I presume is the new owner from some of the things he was talking about, was very kind! The room was clean and while there was a little wear on the blankets and bathtub, it was no where near filthy or unkempt. It was nice and quiet where our room was on the bottom floor. The water for showering was cold mentioned it to the on duty manager he would not do anything about this issue at all
