Excellent customer service at front desk
Customer service is great , Emerson was extremely good. Rooms were what was expected but there really wasn’t hot water, bathroom fan didn’t work and the furniture is marginal. That said for what it is and what you are paying it’s fine. Just don’t expect too much. But it is a lot nicer than the nearby motel with a number 6 in it.
Nice, clean hotel. Pleasant staff .
