We chose Wyndham largely for the included continental breakfasts, but unfortunately, the offerings at this motel were underwhelming. Both mornings we were served mini dry chocolate chip muffins, overly warm bananas and apples, along with orange and apple juice — not quite what we expected, especially during a cold January stay in Wisconsin. I needed one night to stay with my wife and doodle. I booked the room on Travelocity. When I got there I was charged $35 pet fee (which I accepted); however, I was put into a smokers room because I had a pet. When I objected, the attendant stated "all rooms are non smoking. Since the room obviously reeked of smoke I chose to leave. That was not the only issue. Run, don't walk. I have no idea how everyone else is giving this 5 stars. Maybe your given room was better? But it's in a questionable neighborhood. It looks like it is charged by the hour, and not nightly. I was charged over $120+. The smell takes you back when you walk into lobby. The room wreaked of cigarettes. It was suppose to be non smoking. The bathroom looked like from the 1970's and not the good kind. The carpet was old, dirty, and stained. The photos make it look bright and new. This place is absolutely disgusting!! The carpets are nasty! The room itself smelled like dampness! We left to go to a place to eat and there was 4 guys out back sitting on restraint type chairs smoking weed! Very scratchy for the kind of money I paid to stay here for one night!! The door looks like something you would see in a horror movie! Terrible place!! Should be shut down and cleaned up!!!

this is a fine place if you are traveling and need to rest for the night, but don’t plan your vacation or visiting family members around this hotel. the only housekeepers are the owners (only 2), they allow dogs but seem to give judgmental looks when i take them outside to potty and when they bark ONCE because they saw someone they didn’t know. i also had them just hand me clean towels and changed my own sheets to avoid any issues with my dogs (no not aggressive but just cautious) and i will go 5-6 hours without clean items ... read more
