Don’t recommend bed bugs are very bad here
Stayed here for a single night and they tried to charge our friend $800 for a burn in the mattress that was there before we came in. Our friend gifted us a hotel while we were traveling, our daughter is potty training wet the bed, so we stripped the sheets, discovered the burn, and went back to bed on the other double. We only stayed for one night and they tried to scam our friend out of all of that money. DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible service. Terrible people. Terrible breakfast.
!!!The worst customer service ever, Front desk workers have bad attitudes and get mad when you call them out. Also rooms are super dirty and disgusting, We got more than 3 rooms filled with cockroaches and bed bugs!!!!!!!
BE WARNED!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is filthy the cleaners don't actually clean anything. The entire first floor smells like wet dogs. Speaking of dogs I received a call from the front desk at 1:00 a.m. claiming that my dog was barking. I told them I don't have a dog with me. They then proceeded to cuss me out claiming they could hear my dog barking all the way down the hallway. The bed was comfortable and the customer service is great. The rooms are gross though. Broken tiles, mold, dirty floors, etc. I was in town for a concert and couldn't justify spending hundreds of dollars for a room that I was in for less than 8 hours. It is sad though that for $90 a dirty room is what you can expect. Also they physically charge your card for the incidental instead of a hold which I dont like.
