Floors, underbelly, under refrigerator dirty. Pool has not worked last 5 stays.

I gave it 1 star because the bed was clean and comfortable. But the facilities did not work. They refused a refund. There was black mold in the bathroom and fingerprints on the walls. It was old and really dirty. I would not recommend it, especially for the price.

Bedbugs, need I say more? Our ground floor room smelled like a swamp and everything was moist. The bathtub had a large crack in the floor. But it wasn’t until the morning after we left that the welts started to itch. Hundreds of bites on the softer parts of our upper body; chest, arms, hands. My back is also peppered and the backs of my knees. I’m so grossed out. We stayed here four years ago and it wasn’t anything like this. I’m definitely going to complain to corporate.
