Wildly uncomfortable beds.
Lady at desk does not know what she is doing. I’m out $140 and she’s saying I can’t stay there for some reason she knows that I don’t have the money she’s saying that booking.com doesn’t have the money why even offer booking.com if you don’t trust that they will be able to pay you that’s between you and booking.
On this particular visit the room we stayed in had several lights not working. Room was not the cleanest. I do realize they are doing some upgrades. Checkout was slow, guy was nice but had to wait on manager to finish process which should not be the process. Air worked well. Have not had these issues before.
