I have been here 4 days in Room 111 and everything has been wonderful. My plans were canceled so I ended up staying here more than I had intended and every employee has been unbelievably sweet and helpful. Morning and night crew. The room is clean, and they literally come every morning to clean it for the day and check if you need anything. I stay in alot of hotels and I can't tell you how refreshing it is to talk to hotel staff that speak English. Well haven't had hot water in a day. When we talked to the lady at the front desk she said im not the repair man it's not my problem.

Came here to deal with the passing of a family member in town. This being the only hotel in the town. Staff were in the lobby on their phone and not behind the desk being professional. We stayed in Room 109. First I want people to know that rooms are literally connected together by a locked door this being said we were able to hear every noise and conversation with the people checked into the room next to us. I know they allow pets but it should be asked when reserving a room if you want to be placed next to someone who's br... read more
