OMG...talk about COMFORTABLE!!!! The room was immaculate!! Clean, comfortable and had great amenities...Flat panel TV, microwave, large mini fridge, coffee pot and the pillows were the best!! Small, firm. fluffy! LOVED IT. Arguably the best sleep I've ever gotten from any hotel I've ever stayed at.
I will never stay here again!!! One day my two children (under the age of five) were taking a nap when the air conditioner started putting out a funny smell. I called the front desk and spoke with a guy who was asking all sorts of questions. Then it started smelling really strongly of smoke. I immediately told the guy it smells like smoke please send someone down. I hung up the phone and woke up my children to get them out of the room. The guy comes down with a woman employee. The physical appearance of the hotel is just fine, the pool is great when its open, but the attitude of more than a few is just trash. My card was charged 4 extra times after i had already paid or paid with cash, the end result was me having to pay nothing but cash and them deleting my card from the system cause staff did as they pleased. Between the husband and wife co-workers arguing on premises and not doing any simple thing that you request, and the trash talk of customers while still within earshot, i would have to say ... read more
